The section Intellectual Property advises and litigates, in cooperation with patent- and trade mark offices, on issues concerning the classic intellectual property

• Trade mark law -  protection of trade marks and trade names, advises and procedures 
  
• Law on designs -  protection of products, advises and procedures; 
  
• Law on copyright -  protection of works, products, software, advises and procedures; 
  
• Law on database -  protection data collections, advises and procedures; 
  
• Performing rights -  protection performing artist, advises and procedures; 
  
• Unfair competition -  misleading commercials, breaking into organisation/client databases etc.

and on issues concerning IT and new Media

• Agreements on automation, licensing, escrow etc.; 
  
• Licensing, advising, contractual aspects;  
  
• Litigate against public and private parties;  
  
• Application of permits, file objections and appeal.
