The organisation
The attorneys of Udink & de Jong are trained to give legal advice to business people. They are focused to solve problems and do not add new ones to those that already exist. For that reason the advisors of Udink & de Jong are part of the decision process of business people. Effectively the attorneys of Udink & de Jong are the outdoor indoor legal business advisors of management and group staff.
Udink & de Jong has positioned itself in the market towards the upper part of the mid-size companies and the lower part of the big multinationals. The majority of our practice regards general corporate law. An arena where business people may dispose all their problems. We draft contracts, we support negotiations and we do research.Within the general corporate law practice we specialised in seven areas:

- Reorganisations and restructuring of bad shaped companies
- Insolvency
- Mergers and acquisitions
